Jeremy Thomas Lim founded TCI on September 23, 2008, as an organization that aims to improve the lives of Filipino expatriates in the Kingdom thru skills training and workshop, with the help of Mary's Joy Foundation. The organization is composed of young and dynamic professionals who volunteered to promote the Filipino values and culture of excellence thru diligence and hard work.

On January 16, 2009, TCI was able to launch a pioneer program in the Kingdom, the Intensive Caregiver program, with affiliation to different private hospitals in the area. Mr. Lim oversaw its transition into a full healthcare program provider. He has since steered TCI into year after year of record-breaking accomplishments.
